London’s official Winter rooftop bar. Fancy sipping warming cocktails underneath a fairy lit wigwam, and sitting around a roasting campfire on a London rooftop? Well, I have just the place!
Of course, we are just about rolling into Spring here in the city, but the weather is still pretty chilly outside so it’s still not quite time to get out the shorts and drink mohitos on a sunny rooftop bar.
But this is just the reason why you need to make the most of the last of Winter by heading down to Shoreditch to sip warm cocktails in the most amazing rooftop set up in Once Upon A Wigwam.
Situated on the rooftop of the Queen of Hoxton – this bar really is something unique… Even for Shoreditch!
With a huge wigwam, full of beautiful fairy-tale themed decorations and fairy lights, this is one of my favourite places in London that I have visited so far.
Go here for a bite to eat (the menu did look a little mixtured, but not very extensive) or do what we did and sample the unusual cocktails. Hot apple toddy’s and warming rum cocktails – I really was being serious when I said make the most of the end of winter!
The views here are not the most amazing I have seen in London, however it is not the sort of bar that you go to for summer rooftop views.
We walked here from Liverpool Street, so it really isn’t too difficult to get to.
Head here for a unique bar rooftop experience, but don’t hesitate too long, as it will finish at the end of March!
